By downloading or using Invoice Cove - Offline Billing (also referred to as: 'Invoice Cove', 'the app'), published by Magotel, you agree to the following Terms of Use. A denial of the following terms and conditions removes the legal rights to use Invoice Cove.
1. What Invoice Cove is
Invoice Cove is a local invoicing and quoting tool for Android. It runs entirely on your device, see our Privacy Policy for details on what that means for your data.
2. Free plan
Invoice Cove is free to download and use, with the following on the Free plan:
- Up to 3 invoices generated per calendar month.
- Up to 3 quotes generated per calendar month.
- Up to 3 customers at a time (delete one to add another).
- Invoice and quote numbers are auto-assigned and cannot be edited manually.
- Excel, CSV and ZIP export of invoices are not available.
- Backup & Restore is not available.
These limits reset automatically at the start of each calendar month. Creating, editing, previewing, saving drafts of invoices/quotes and sharing generated PDFs are always unlimited and free, as are all PDF templates, languages and the App Lock functionality.
3. Invoice Cove Pro
Invoice Cove Pro is a single, one-time purchase, not a subscription. You pay once, through Google Play, and it is unlocked for as long as you use the app, tied to the Google account it was purchased with. Invoice Cove Pro removes every limit listed in section 2, this means the following are available:
- Unlimited invoices and quotes per month.
- Editable invoice and quote numbers.
- Unlimited customers.
- Excel/CSV/ZIP export.
- Full Backup & Restore functionality.
The purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. Pricing, payment methods, and receipts are handled by Google Play, and refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy, we do not process payments or refunds ourselves.
4. Your content
You own the invoices, quotes, customer records and any other content you create in Invoice Cove. We claim no rights over it, it is stored on your device, not ours.
5. Your responsibility for accuracy and compliance
Invoice Cove helps you generate invoice and quote documents, but it is your responsibility to make sure the documents you send meet the tax, numbering, and legal requirements that apply to your business, jurisdiction and country. We do not provide tax or legal advice, Invoice Cove does not guarantee compliance with any specific country's invoicing regulations.
6. No warranty
Invoice Cove is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magotel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Invoice Cove, including any loss of data stored locally on your device, for example via uninstalling the app or clearing its storage. The safekeeping of any backup or export files you create with the app is your responsibility, not Magotel's.
8. Changes to the app or these terms
We may update Invoice Cove and these Terms over time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
